The College of Computer Science and Information Technology recently conducted a workshop titled “Survey Paper vs. Review Papers” in the graduate studies hall, with the participation of researchers and specialists.

The workshop featured presentations from Dr. Maha Sabry, Dr. Mohamed Abdulaziz, and Dr. Soheir Nouri Alwan.

The workshop aimed to elucidate the concepts of research writing, enhance participants’ abilities in preparing research plans, and understand the fundamental steps necessary for the success of scientific research.

The workshop covered examining the research problem, setting objectives, developing the theoretical framework, reviewing previous research, determining the research methodology, collecting data, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, writing the research report, and documenting references.

The researchers emphasized the importance of providing distinguished educational experiences and enhancing research capabilities among students and researchers. This is intended to elevate scientific performance and stimulate innovation in the fields of computer science and information technology.
