The College of Computer Science and Information Technology organized a scientific trip to the Holy Shrine Radio Station on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, with the participation of college students and under the sponsorship of Dr. Mufaq Kazem Al-Hasnawi, the Dean of the College.
Dr. Mohammed Abdul Aziz, the Head of the Student Activities Unit, emphasized the importance of practical field training for students. He stated that the purpose of the visit is to develop students’ media skills and experiences, particularly in radio broadcasting.
The visit included a field tour to explore the radio studios and get a close look at how to handle recorded and live program performances inside the studio. The students engaged in some practical training exercises and received detailed explanations from experts in the field of radio presentation. They also received valuable feedback to help them improve and develop their radio skills.
