In continuation of the context of the approved procedures to fill vacant seats in the 2025/2024 admission plan for postgraduate studies, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr Naim Al-Aboudi approved reopening the rotation door for successful applicants on the general admission channel and the private expense channel to fill vacant seats in the private expense channel that had previously been rotated from the admission channels.

The decision includes a time limit of five working days starting from 2024/8/21 to 2024/8/28, and the colleges themselves will announce the vacant seats on their websites, and the rotation will be based on an electronic request from the applicant himself.
