The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Abboudi, stressed the importance of scientific twinning programmes between public and private universities. This came during his visit to Al-Rafidain University in Diyala province, where he explained that the ministry is keen to improve the quality of education and enhance the sobriety of universities through the twinning of academic programmes, curriculum development and updating, as well as the continuous evaluation of the indicators achieved in evaluative tests. The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Abboudi, inaugurated several buildings, specialised laboratories, classrooms, laboratories and educational clinics.
