▪️ In the event that the student wishes to return to his studies outside Iraq, the Department of Missions and Cultural Relations shall provide the attachments and embassies with a letter confirming that the student has not transferred his studies inside Iraq to approach his university to cancel the numbering of the enrollment in the event of severing his relationship with the university.

▪️ Exempting students who graduated from previous years from the controls related to the year of graduation from the preparatory study for the purpose of applying for centralized admission if he did not obtain a previous centralized admission.

▪️ Exempting students who graduated from the year 2022/2021 from the graduation year requirement to apply to the morning special government education channel to apply with students who graduated from the academic year 2022/2023 for the above channel for the academic year 2025/2024, and the Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up is responsible for determining the implementation rates.

▪️ Allow students if they wish to apply for transfer to governmental and private colleges of dentistry and pharmacy according to vacant seats and competition, according to categories and the requirements of scientific clearing.

▪️ Students who graduated from the previous academic year are allowed to apply to the colleges of the medical group in private universities for the academic year 2025/2024, according to the specified ratios and approved controls.

In this regard, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research draws the attention of students from this category to the imminent launch of an electronic form in the Studies, Planning and Follow-up Portal (www.dirasat-gate.org) to implement the procedures according to appropriate timelines to be announced later.
