A senior ministerial committee at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research held a meeting to discuss and define the contexts for initiating the implementation of the project to create a new college at Baghdad University specialising in the fields of science and its applications, which was directed by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al Aboudi.
