The University of Karbala organized a vigil to commemorate the martyrdom of the leaders of Al-Nasr, with the participation of the University President, Dr. Bassem Khalil Nayel Al-Saidi, his assistants, deans of colleges, professors, and employees.

The Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Akram Mohsen Al-Yasiri, said in his speech, “We stand today to condemn and denounce the criminal attack that targeted the leaders of Al-Nasr, and we confirm that everyone stands to support the sacrifices that were made to cleanse the land of the aggressors.”

Al-Yasiri appreciated the efforts made by the security forces and the Popular Mobilization Forces to preserve the land and the holy sites and ward off the dangers surrounding the country.

The participants denounced the repeated attacks on security forces and civilians, stressing their support for precautionary measures and security plans aimed at protecting the country from any aggression targeting Iraq’s security and safety
