At the Ceremony of the Iraqi Council for Medical Specializations:The Minister of Higher Education Honors Top Graduates and Affirms Support for Program Modernization and Enhanced Integration with Health Institutions

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, participated in the graduation ceremony held by the Iraqi Council for Medical Specializations for its thirty-fourth cohort, during which he honored the top graduates representing twenty-three scientific councils.

In his address, delivered in the presence of the Minister of Health, Dr. Saleh Al-Hasnawi, the Minister of Higher Education affirmed that the Ministry is working to provide a suitable environment for sustainable modernization within medical specialties, and to develop educational and training programs and systems in a well-planned manner that aligns with professional requirements and standards. He emphasized that this approach enables graduates to acquire the competencies and skills necessary to supply the labor market with solid expertise and qualified human resources capable of performing their duties efficiently, competently, and with distinction.

Dr. Al-Aboudi also renewed his emphasis on the importance of integration with health institutions, maximizing mutual benefit, and making optimal use of academic and scientific capacities and university resources by directing them toward specialized professional fields and advanced scientific research.

The graduation ceremony included a speech by the President of the Iraqi Council for Medical Specializations, Dr. Haider Abdul Hussein, as well as a speech delivered on behalf of the graduates, in addition to the screening of a documentary film, the formal graduation proceedings, the issuance of graduation certificates, the honoring of top graduates, and the taking of an official commemorative photograph.
