College of Computer Science organises workshop on the role of the individual in intellectual warfare

Under the patronage of the President of Karbala University, Prof. Dr. (Sabah Wajid Ali), under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, Assistant Professor Dr. (Muwaffaq Kazim Mohsen Al-Hasnawi), in cooperation with the Al Warith Academy for Sustainable Development and Strategic Studies of the Holy Husseiniya Threshold, the Women’s Affairs Division, represented by its official, Prof. (Yasmin Khudair Khalaf Al-Ghanimi), held a scientific awareness workshop entitled (The role of the individual in intellectual war) on Wednesday 23/10/2024 at 10:00 am at Al-Khwarizmi Hall, in which Mr.: Ali Ameri gave a talk that included multiple themes, including Defining the axes of war and intellectual warfare in language and terminology: Types of wars III: Methods of war IV: Manifestations of wars as the lecturer started with the definition of war and thought and touched on the types of wars, including soft wars represented by various means, including material wars that include the economy and the military aspect. The workshop focused on information and its danger to the individual and how it can take a wide echo on a global scale and its impact on influencing individual behaviours whether it is true or false.
