The College of Computer Science and Information Technology organised a scientific development workshop entitled: “Genetic Algorithm to Solve Knapsack Problem in Python” on Sunday, 8/12/2024, at the Scientific Departments Building.

The workshop included introducing the Genetic Algorithm in terms of concept and application in the research field through its use in solving optimisation problems and practical implementation in Python. The workshop recommended the need to take advantage of this algorithm to improve the level of the research paper in terms of solving and obtaining accurate results in a faster way.
