In accordance with the directives of the esteemed Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Mowaffaq Kazem Al-Hasnawi, the committee formed for the “Best Office Space” competition at the College of Computer Science and Information Technology announced the winning office: the Quality Assurance Office, overseen by Dr. Ashwan Anwar Abdul Muneem, which was awarded the title of “Best Office.”

The announcement followed a comprehensive evaluation conducted by the committee, chaired by the Administrative Assistant, Dr. Essam Hamed Abbas, and including members Dr. Haitham Mohammed Hussein Al-Gharabi and Dr. Maha Sabri Al-Tamimi.

The committee based its evaluation on a set of criteria aimed at reflecting a healthy and organized work environment. Key factors included: cleanliness and dust-free surfaces, clutter-free desks, clean floors and shelves, and the creation of a visually pleasing atmosphere through the use of natural plants and elements that encourage collegial interaction. Additional focus was placed on the use of eco-friendly tools and the reduction of paper and plastic waste.

The competition aimed to promote a culture of organization and cleanliness in the workplace, and to encourage staff to innovate in improving their office environments—ultimately enhancing efficiency and boosting motivation.
