The Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology at Karbala University, Dr Muwaffaq Kazim al-Hasnawi, attended the first annual conference of the Police College as a member of the conference’s advisory committee, which was organised by the Research and Studies Centre at the Police College under the theme “Intellectual immunisation against social deviations and ways to address them”. A number of university presidents, college deans and elite commanders and officers attended the conference and delivered a speech in which the Minister of Interior stressed the need to consolidate the foundations for the advancement of the Ministry of Interior institutions on all scientific, intellectual, legal and societal levels and to develop a platform of action, which is part of the reform.
