During a visit to Bilad AlRafidain University in Diyala Governorate, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi stressed the importance of scientific twinning programs between public and private universities.Dr. Al-Aboudi reviewed that the Ministry is keen on improving the quality of education and enhancing the solidity of universities through twinning academic programs and developing and updating curricula, as well as the continuous evaluation of indicators achieved in evaluation tests.His Excellency inaugurated a number of specialized buildings and laboratories, in addition to classrooms, laboratories and educational clinics.
