During the official ceremony attended by the President of Baghdad University, counselors, directors-general, university department representatives, and members of the National Investment Commission, the Minister emphasized that this project represents a new roadmap of sincere work. He noted that the registration process is imminent, and the pathways of differentiation and competition have been formulated in accordance with fair regulations drafted by relevant experts, technicians, and legal professionals.
In his address, the Minister reaffirmed the Ministry’s commitment to implementing its outlined programs, as stipulated in the government program and ministerial agenda of the esteemed Iraqi government. He emphasized the Ministry’s dedication to overcoming any obstacles that may hinder the implementation of public service projects. Furthermore, he pledged to safeguard the rights of academics and staff, and to provide the necessary requirements and supplies that govern and regulate the operation of vital projects associated with citizens’ aspirations and futures, including this significant project that concerns a wide segment of university employees.
The Minister reassured educators and staff at Baghdad University and the Ministry’s center that their hopes will materialize with the provision of suitable housing. He assured them that the Brotherhood Residential City project, currently being undertaken by a coalition of several companies, will not face any delays, as it adheres to a carefully planned timetable.
The official ceremony included speeches by representatives of the implementing companies’ coalition and a special presentation on the artistic vision, which will result in an exceptional model in the field of residential projects equipped with the best required services.
