The Chairman of the Iraqi Atomic Energy Commission (IAEC) and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Naim Al-Abboudi represented the Republic of Iraq at the 68th session of the General Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in the Austrian capital Vienna.
