The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the availability of 10 Cyprus scholarships provided by the Cypriot Institute (CYL) for obtaining Master’s and Ph.D. degrees.

The Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations explains that the scholarships cover fields such as science, technology, archaeology, natural sciences, cultural heritage, energy research, environment, and water. The deadline for application through the portal (https://portal.scrd-gate.gov.iq) is Thursday, February 8, 2024.
