The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the availability of 20 scholarships offered by the French side to Iraq to obtain a doctoral degree for the academic year 2025/2024. The Department of Missions and Cultural Relations explains that the disciplines covered are science, engineering, environment, archaeology and heritage, law, French language and that the application for the said scholarships is through the portal of the Department of Missions and the deadline for application is Thursday, 8/2024/15.
