The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has announced the opening of the Elite Student Admission Channel for the academic year 2025/2024.

In compliance with the approved regulations, the students included in applying to this channel are graduates of the preparatory study for the academic years 2023/2022 and 2024/2023 with averages (90%) and above from graduates of the scientific, biological, applied and literary branches, and that the application is to the faculties of administration and economics within the departments (business administration, statistics, public administration, industrial management, accounting, economics, finance and banking). And the faculties of law, education and basic education in universities located in the governorate of the student’s residence.

Students from all governorates from graduates of the scientific, biological and applied branches have the right to apply for the specialization of industrial management of oil and gas / Basra Oil and Gas University, provided that their average is not less than (92%).

In this regard, the Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up explains that the application to this channel continues until Thursday, 9/19/2024, and that the application procedures begin by the student submitting his options through the electronic form in the studies portal (www.dirasat-gate.org) and then the student visits any public university located in his governorate of residence to conduct the interview and test.
