The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has announced the launch of the Iraqi Flag Day Awards, which will run until Sunday, June 23, 2024. Based on its interest in excellence in various disciplines, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has determined the areas of competition and its awards, which are the distinguished university award, the distinguished research award published in an international or local scientific journal, the distinguished book award, the distinguished author or translator award, the distinguished scientific journal award, the distinguished voluntary group encouragement work award for undergraduate students, the distinguished patent and intellectual property award, the distinguished graduation project award, the distinguished research center award, the distinguished research unit award, the distinguished university library award, the distinguished researcher award, and the education award.

The Department of Research and Development specified that the application is through its electronic system (https://scday.rdd.edu.iq) and that the deadline for registration is Sunday, 6/23/2024.
