The opinion body at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research decided to amend the general controls for the transfer of expatriate students wishing to transfer to equivalent disciplines in Iraqi universities from the academic year 2026/2025 onwards. The text of the decision states: Students studying in universities outside Iraq can be transferred to the equivalent study in Iraqi universities within the international and national morning special public education channel according to the following controls: 1- Cancelling all additions in grades for competition purposes and competing according to the minimum limits of the morning special public education channel at the level of each university. 2- Adopting the minimum limit for application and competition
