The Saudi-Iraqi Coordination Council held a meeting of the Education, Youth and Sports Committee, chaired by HE Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi and his Saudi counterpart Mr. Yousef bin Abdullah Al-Benyan.

The meeting discussed, via video conference, the proposals submitted by both sides on the initiatives, projects and programs of the fifth session of the Education, Youth and Sports Committee.

The two sides agreed to adopt the joint work plan and assign the committee coordinators from both sides to start the steps to implement the work plan according to a specific timetable.

The meeting concluded with speeches by Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi and his Saudi counterpart Mr. Yousef bin Abdullah Al-Benyan, in which they praised the efforts of the working teams from both sides and the steps of cooperation between the two brotherly countries in the fields of education, youth and sports
