The Ministry of Higher Education and Practical Research announces the 21st of July as the date for launching the transfer form for incoming students from outside Iraq. The Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up explains that the application will be based on a special electronic form through its portal (www.dirasat-gate.org) starting from 21/7/2024 until Sunday 9/1/2024.
