Introduction
The Human Resources Department is a fundamental part of the college, responsible for managing its human capital. It focuses on attracting, selecting, training, and developing employees, in addition to handling labor relations and administrative issues related to work. The Human Resources Department acts as a strategic partner within the institution, contributing to its goals by providing and managing human and material resources.

Aims of the Unit
1. Implementing plans, programs, and policies established by management, ensuring their execution accuracy and compliance.
2. Participating in the implementation of the job structure schedule and annually identifying vacancies in coordination with relevant authorities.
3. Contributing to providing the college’s needs of qualified human resources and attracting them.
4. Preparing recruitment announcements, drafting job applications for recruitment committees, and participating in their activities.
5. Providing studies and suggestions aimed at improving job performance.
6. Proposing suitable standards and methods for performance evaluation.
7. Preparing periodic reports on employees’ performance and the achievements of the organizational unit, evaluating them.
8. Managing employees’ files: (recruitment, training, attendance monitoring, leave tracking, end of service, compensations).
9. Preparing monthly payroll statements for all employees in the college, in coordination with financial resources.
