The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, announced the commencement of procedures to prepare the necessary requirements for issuing property deeds and ownership documents for the residential lands granted to the ministry’s employees and staff members of its universities in Baghdad.

This announcement came during his speech at the graduation ceremony held by the Middle Technical University, where Dr. Al-Aboudi explained that all available resources have been mobilized to facilitate the implementation of this entitlement, ensure the protection of the rights and achievements of faculty and staff, and support their future aspirations. He emphasized that this decision represents a historic step in the path of institutional care for the personnel of higher education.

Dr. Al-Aboudi further affirmed that the initiation of procedures to complete and prepare the requirements for issuing property deeds and ownership documents reflects a firm commitment to translating the decision into tangible reality, one that safeguards the dignity of the academic community and strengthens their family and professional stability.
