The Division of Women’s Affairs in the Presidency of Karbala University, represented by the (Linguistic Committee organising events and competitions), held a cultural competition between the students of computer science and information technology on Tuesday, 25/2/2025, managed by the teacher M.D. Huda Fadel Hanash from the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, and the competition was held in Al-Khwarizmi Hall in the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, and the esteemed Dean, Prof. M.A.M. Dr. Muwaffaq Kazim Al-Hasnaoui, and a number of teachers and students attended. It was centred on twenty questions, each team had ten questions that varied between religion, language and general information and was concluded with the victory of the IT team and they were presented with symbolic gifts by the esteemed Dean. It is worth mentioning that this competition came according to a ministerial curriculum prepared for the Arabic language because of its positive impact on students and enhancing their linguistic culture both private and public.
