Karbala University, represented by its President, Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali, signed a twinning and joint cooperation agreement with Al-Manara University, represented by its President, Prof. Dr. Abdul Basit Mohsen, in the presence of the Assistant President of Karbala University for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Najm Abdul Hussein, Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, Dr. Muwaffaq Al-Hasnawi and Director of Scientific Affairs, Dr. Fadel Al-Mousawi. The agreement aims to promote scientific and cultural cooperation and build solid ties between different educational institutions and differentiate between them.
