The Student Activities Division at the College of Computer Science and Information Technology held a meeting chaired by the Head of the Division, Dr. Alaa Shubib Kadhem, to discuss and approve the annual work plan covering a full academic year. The plan encompasses all units within the Division, namely: the Sports Unit, the Cultural Unit, the Artistic Unit, the Volunteering Unit, and the Scouting Unit.

During the meeting, the proposed programs and activities of each unit were reviewed in alignment with the College’s objectives of strengthening both academic and practical aspects, while fostering students’ skills and refining their talents across various fields. The participants also emphasized the need to establish clear implementation mechanisms and a timeline for activities to ensure the success and sustainability of the plan throughout the academic year.

This meeting reflects the College’s commitment to supporting student potential and creating an integrated university environment that combines academic learning with extracurricular activities, thereby contributing to building students’ character and enhancing their spirit of initiative and teamwork.
