The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr Naim Al-Abboudi, announced the launch of the Higher Education Reading Competition in its second edition, with a prize of 100 million dinars to be distributed among 40 winners. Registration on the competition platform (https://awards.mohesr.gov.iq) continues until 9/21/2024 and registered students will take an electronic test on 9/24/2024 based on the book (Islamic Perspectives on the Declaration of Human Rights) by Sayyid Muhammad Al Sadr, may his secret be blessed) and the book (Civilisation Question … How to Innovate Our Future in a Changing World) by Zaki Milad, the winners will receive a prize of 100 million dinars. The winners will receive a prize of one hundred million dinInnovate Our Futuret ten Changing Worldeceive four million dinars for each winner, the second ten winners will receive three million dinars for each winner, the third thirteen winners will receive two million dinars for each winner, and the fourth fourteen winners will receive one million dinars for each winning student.
The conditions of the competition include that the competing student must be of Iraqi nationality, be a student of preliminary studies and continuous attendance, the age of the competitor must not exceed 30 years, and the student’s registration in the competition platform must be through the official email provided by his college. In this context, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi calls on university students to participate in this qualitative competition, which in its first edition competes in thousands of participants to climb the platform of excellence to read meaningful content from the oasis of true civilisation and positive culture.
