The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Abboudi, approved the following measures: Addressing the cases of students in the completed stages by adding 5 points for each calendar subject for the purpose of success and graduation instead of 3 total points. Addressing the cases of students in the unfinished stages by adding 5 points for each calendar subject instead of 5 total points to change the status to success. The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research renews its commitment to quality procedures and developing the contexts of tests to achieve the objectives and scientific mission of university institutions.
