The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr Naim Al-Abboudi, confirmed the creation of more than 100 new university formations at the level of universities, colleges, departments, branches and institutes and the creation of specialisations that society aspires to in various academic fields. In his speech announcing the results of the central admission for the academic year 2025/2024, he said that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has provided all deliberate introductions to deal with the requirements of the 2025/2024 academic year in terms of improving the absorption capacity of universities and their educational environment, stressing that more than 100 university formations at the level of universities, colleges, departments, branches and institutes and the creation of specialisations aspired to by society
