Dr. Naeem Al-Abboudi, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, congratulates the approval of the ninth amendment to the law of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

In a statement posted on the AX platform, he expressed his congratulations to the higher education institutions and their staff for the ninth amendment to the ministry’s law, which updates the contents related to the requirements of the advanced academic environment. He also commended the efforts of the Council of Representatives in responding to the aspirations of the educational institution and embodying their relentless efforts to decisively integrate science and technology formations into higher education and scientific research.

He congratulated everyone and renewed the commitment to the development of our institutions and the enhancement of their qualitative achievements, which serve the development environment and seek the prosperity of our dear Iraq and its noble people.
