Emphasizing the context of possible legal remedies that are commensurate with the goal of the educational process in enabling students to complete the necessary scientific achievement, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi directed the following decision: Consider the academic year 2024/2023 as a year of no failure for students whose records will be upgraded in all stages for morning and evening primary studies who took the corrective and non-corrective exams in the first and second rounds in public and private universities.
