The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Abboudi, issued two ministerial orders appointing 998 first graduates and PhD holders to the staff of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, based on the decisions and legislation in force.

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research invites those whose names are published to visit the extension centers in universities to complete the appointment procedures, bringing with them the four identification documents (original copy) + (2) colored copies + (4) personal photos and proof of obtaining the degree (colored document or graduation endorsement with the barcode of the validity of the document or graduation endorsement) (2) as of tomorrow, Tuesday, 13/8/2024, at 9:00 a.m. until ten working days from the date of publishing the appointment order on the Ministry’s official website (www.mohesr.gov.iq).
