The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr Naeem Al-Aboudi, received the Chairman of the Executive Authority of the Media and Communications Authority, Engineer Mohammed Abdullah Abdul Amir, and a representative of Apple in the Middle East.

The Minister of Education stressed the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and its university institutions to achieve the hoped-for level of integration with state institutions and intertwine specialised service areas that serve the interest of society and the labour market.

He explained that the Ministry of Education has established areas of coordination with a number of competent official institutions and international companies to enhance the development and training environment within the field of software in universities, pointing out that the contexts of understanding can be strengthened and embodied in the form of programmes in the academic environment.

For their part, the head of the executive body of the Media and Communications Authority expressed the readiness of the authority to present a positive image of bilateral cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, while the representative of Apple expressed his appreciation for the level of cooperation provided by Iraqi institutions, especially educational ones, to develop the climate of joint work
