The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, addressed a letter of thanks and appreciation to the universities and their formations that applied the Bologna Process.

The text of the book reads: In appreciation of the level of performance indicated in the application of the Bologna Process in a number of disciplines and in support of keeping pace with global education contexts, we extend our thanks and appreciation to technical universities and their formations, academic universities, colleges, departments and branches covered by this path aimed at improving the quality of the educational process and its university contexts. We express our confidence in the efficiency of these institutions that have provided diligent work and interaction towards the success of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research policy and establishing its mission and advanced university goals.
