The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces that applications for the third edition of the Higher Education Reading Award will close on Sunday, September 28, 2025.

The organizing ministerial committee clarified that only two days remain before the application platform closes, noting that the number of registered participants has exceeded 26,000 students, including undergraduate, postgraduate, and international students enrolled in Iraqi universities.

It is noteworthy that participating students, who are competing by reading the book The Problem of Culture by thinker Malik Bennabi, will sit for an online exam on Saturday, October 4, at 11:00 a.m. The total value of the award amounts to 100 million Iraqi dinars.
