Dr. Basim Khalil Na’il Al-Sa’idi, President of Karbala University, congratulated Dr. Ahmed Mukatuf Fares, the Director of Karbala Sewerage Directorate, on assuming his administrative duties.
During his visit to the directorate, accompanied by Administrative Assistant Dr. Akram Mohsen Al-Yasiri and Director of the Consultancy Office Dr. Mohammed Al-Ghanimi, Al-Sa’idi emphasized the university’s commitment to maintaining cooperation with various departments and institutions in Karbala Province to meet their needs for consultations, studies, and designs in various fields, aiming to enhance both governmental and private sectors. He noted that the improvement in sewerage projects in Karbala was a result of the collaborative efforts of the university and the directorate.
In response, Dr. Ahmed Mukatuf Fares, the Director of Karbala Sewerage Directorate, expressed his gratitude to the well-wishers, praising the university’s significant role in various projects in the province, especially its role as a consultant and designer in the Unified Sewerage Water Treatment Unit project. He affirmed that sewerage projects in Karbala have witnessed significant development due to the continuous cooperation between the university and the directorate.
The meeting was attended by Eng. Hassan Mohammed Ali Al-Sharifi, the Director of Karbala Municipality, along with several engineers and technical staff from the department.
