Note : If the certified document cannot be completed at the beginning of the application, an endorsement of the grades must be brought from the school addressed to the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, and then the certified document must be brought within the specified period.
4. Guarantee sponsorship according to a form prepared by the Legal Affairs Department at the university (provided that the sponsor is a continuous employee in the service with an endorsement from his department addressed to the College of Computer Science and Information Technology and a colored copy of his documents and personally present to sign in front of the official of the Legal Division).
5. A color copy of the unified national identity card (or citizenship certificate and Iraqi civil status identity) for the student, mother and father, and the housing card
6. Recent photos (4).
7. Medical examination form.
