The employees of the Ministry of Science and Technology have expressed their appreciation for the tireless efforts of Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which culminated in the successful merger of their staff with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research following the approval of the ninth amendment to its law.
