The College’s Services Division plays an integral role in supporting daily operations and optimizing the experience for both students and staff.

Objectives of the Division

1. Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance of buildings, classrooms, labs, and other college facilities, and coordinate necessary repairs to ensure a safe and comfortable learning environment.
2. Cleanliness: Ensure all spaces within the college are clean and tidy, from classrooms to administrative offices and public facilities.
3. Security: Ensure a safe environment for students and staff by managing security and surveillance services and implementing appropriate security measures.
4. Catering and canteens: Manage the cafeterias and restaurants within the college, including providing healthy and diverse food options for students and staff
5. Transportation: Organize transportation services for students and employees, including providing transportation to and from the college and between different campuses.
6. Real Estate Management: Manage the use and leasing of the College’s real estate and facilities, including space planning and contract management.
7. Event Logistics: Providing logistical and coordination support for events and conferences held within the college, including space arrangement, technical equipment, and other necessary services.
8. Emergency and Crisis Management: Develop and implement emergency and crisis management plans to ensure an effective emergency response.
