The College of Computer Science and Information Technology held a course on developing legal, financial and administrative skills at the professional level on Tuesday, 12/11/2024. Dr Mohammad Salman Dawood, Assistant Lecturer Imad Abdul Jalil Radi, Ms. Fateh Abdul Hussein and Ms. Saba Alaa Hassoun attended the course, which included important topics on the right of the employee to litigation and the administrative relationship between him and the administration, as the focus was on identifying the rights and duties of both parties, in addition to the penal procedures followed. The course stressed the importance of establishing the employee’s right to litigation, which he enjoys according to the Constitution and laws of the country.
