The College of Computer Science and Information Technology organized a training workshop on self-development for teachers and staff on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, in Al-Khawarizmi Hall. Dr. Hani Jaber Mohsen Al-Masoudi from the College of Humanities Education Sciences and Assistant Professor Rawaa Abdul Jawad Loftah, the head of the Women’s Unit at the college, were present.

The workshop covered various topics, notably time management – its definition, administration, preservation, eliminating time wasters, and developing a purposeful plan and priorities that benefit the individual.

The lecturers provided several examples and conducted activities to understand how employees manage their time to achieve optimal performance at work.

Participants emphasized the importance of prioritizing time to achieve high productivity.
