In application of the instructions and recommendations of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the College of Computer Science and Information Technology at the University of Karbala is preparing for the implementation of the Bologna system.
The Bologna system will be a substitute for the previous system for the next academic year, according to the recommendations of the Ministry, which included the following colleges (College of Science, College of Engineering, College of Environmental Sciences and Technologies, College of Computer Science and Mathematics, and Food Science).
It is planned to implement the Bologna system for the next academic year (2023-2024), as it begins gradually from the first stage, and the rest of the stages begin in the coming years. This system will contribute to increasing the level of scientific development of Iraqi universities and their competition with international universities.
