On March 27, 2024, Dr. Muwafaq Kazem Al-Hasnawi, the Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, accompanied by the Scientific Deputy, Dr. Mohsen Hassan Hussein, and the Administrative Deputy, Dr. Issam Hameed Abbas, met with the Head of the Computer Science Department, Dr. Mohannad Kamel Abdul Hameed, to discuss matters related to the students, the latest being the end-of-term exams for first-year students.
Encouraging him to exert further efforts, the dean commended his work and praised his commitment to raising student standards and providing them with appropriate grades to instill hope for success and excellence.
The department head reiterated his strong commitment to enhancing the college and positioning it as one of the university’s leading colleges due to its solid academic reputation.
At the end of the meeting, the dean emphasized that the college keeps pace with the global advancements in scientific digitization, thus, ensuring its continuous enhancement to become one of the university’s premier colleges in line with the demands of the job market.
