During his tour of the newly opened buildings and their surroundings, in the presence of the head of the supervision and scientific evaluation department, the president of the University of Baghdad, and several deans of faculties, the Minister emphasized that the completion of these buildings according to known schedules indicates the educational institution’s commitment to providing conducive learning environments and conditions that assist students in achieving academic success and excellence in their university lives.

He explained that these qualified buildings are part of a comprehensive plan to enhance and improve the educational process, and that the ministry is working within its plan to enhance all educational environments in universities and academic institutions.

The Minister expressed his appreciation to those responsible for monitoring and implementing this project, commending the role of their field, administrative, and executive teams in achieving this excellence. He concluded his speech by reaffirming the commitment of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to continue its relentless efforts to provide the desired educational environment.
