The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the launch of the electronic application portal for the Holy Qur’an Memorization Admission Channel for the 2025–2026 academic year.

This admission channel includes students who graduated from secondary school during the 2024–2025 academic year from the scientific, literary, and arts branches, who have memorized the entire Holy Qur’an and successfully passed the examination conducted by the designated committee.

Eligible students may select up to 50 options through the Directorate of Studies, Planning, and Follow-up portal at https://dirasat.mohesr.gov.iq.
The application period will remain open until Monday, November 3, 2025.
