The Presidency in the University of Karbala, Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations, Division of Cultural Relations, announced the start of receiving applications for nominations for the twenty-seventh session of the university fellowship program, with its circular dated 3/5/2023 to grant academic excellence.

It Emphasises that the program aims to support and develop scientific research in Arab universities and research centers in Arab countries to prepare research or teaching in prestigious universities.
