The President of the University of Karbala, Professor Dr. Basim Khalil Nael Al-Saadi, along with his deputies for scientific and administrative affairs, Professor Dr. Najm Abdul Hussain Al-Janabi and Professor Dr. Akram Al-Yasiri, extended their congratulations to the Governor of Karbala and the President and members of the Provincial Council on assuming their duties.

During the visit, the university delegation discussed the role played by the university in portraying the bright image of the city of Karbala, especially after receiving foreign students as part of the “Study in Iraq” initiative launched by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

In response, the President and members of the Provincial Council expressed their gratitude to the university delegation, expressing hope that the cooperation between the two parties would yield positive outcomes for the service of the city of Karbala.
