The University Debating World Cup kicked off at the College of Computer Science and Information Technology at the University of Karbala under the sponsorship and direct supervision of the Dean of the College, Dr. Mufaq Kazem Al-Hasnawi.

Today, there was a competition between the team from the College of Computer Science and Information Technology and the team from the College of Science. The judging panel comprised members from the College of Law, and the debate took place in two stages, with our college team emerging as the deserving winner.

The formation of the college team was facilitated by student competitions and the selection of the best candidates under the direct supervision of the Student Activities Committee.

In conclusion, the Dean praised the judging panel and the competing teams for their efforts and the success of this event, wishing the winning team continuous progress and success in serving our beloved university and Iraq.
