The Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Department at the University of Karbala organized the final debate competition between teams from the College of Veterinary Medicine and the College of Education for Humanities Sciences, in the presence of the university president, Professor Dr. Basim Khalil Nael Al-Saedi, and several deans and professors.

The competition, in which students from all colleges of the university participated, aimed to enhance their cultural level by instilling a spirit of competition, refining their debating skills, and enabling them to persuade and build arguments.

The debate witnessed fierce competition between students from the College of Education for Humanities Sciences and the College of Veterinary Medicine, with the latter emerging as the winner after two consecutive rounds.

It’s worth mentioning that the winning team of the student world cup will represent the University of Karbala in the university debates next year.
